The Esperance Port Authority recently conducted a Market Sounding exercise for its Multi User Iron Ore Facility Project which required the exchange of large volumes of commercially sensitive information amongst 50 participants including local miners, infrastructure providers and global financiers.

Security of data in storage and transmission was a critical requirement of the project. EzyVault were selected to provide the electronic data room and, using the EzyVault “share” function, the Port successfully transmitted and received over 2,500 documents in just three months.
