As a CEO/Chairman of a small foundation I needed an easy and affordable central storage facility. We don't have a central office space and EzyVault has made storing and transferring important documents and data very easy and convenient. With EzyVault three board members can work on a grant application from three different parts of the city, without the need to send ongoing emails with huge attachments. EzyVault also means that everyone has all the information they need at their fingertips. Previously I spent a great deal of time emailing board members foundation documents. Now, they simply log in into our EzyVault account and access whatever it is that they need.

 

I also travel a lot to conferences etc. and knowing that I don't have to take every bit of information with me, and not have to worry that I have forgotten something is also a great re-assurance and saves me a lot of time.

Since introducing EzyVault into our Financial Planning business we have substantially reduced our administration work. Unlike our old system where we stored our client files on a server (which we now better understand the risks of this process) we now store all of our client files systematically and securely online. With our planners travelling all over the state, they can log in from any internet connection and download relevant information relating to our clients in any location with the peace of mind that everything can be accessed securely, no more VPN and no more risk of corrupt files. A must have in house business product for any business!
